Communicate
We truly believe that all good things start with a chat, that’s why we will shout you tea or coffee (or hold an online consultation if you prefer) to not only get to know you better but more importantly, take the time to understand what your business or organisation is about and how you wish to reflect it through an online presence. We will happily discuss with you some similar websites to give you a flavour of what can be achieved to enable you to get the most out of your own website.
Once we have fully understood your requirements, we will send a quotation out to you within 48 hours!
Design
The next step is for us to design an initial template for your website. We understand from our own experience that this is a crucial factor to get just right which is why we spend a considerable amount of time making sure it is 100% what you have anticipated. If you don’t like something once we have designed it, even if it’s the smallest thing or you wish for an entirely new template, just tell us, we won’t mind!
Create
Once you are 100% happy with the initial template, we will start adding your content (words and photographs) and any additional features (blogs etc) which is when your website really begins to take shape. We will happily talk through with you what to display if you wish or if you are unfamiliar with creating websites. The power of Social Media has become prominent over the past few years thus we will ensure that you and your website are able to fully harness it and reap the benefits. Once your website is complete, we will give you access to check that it meets your exact expectations before the big launch! As with the Design stage, if you want something tweaked, just ask!
Review
After your website becomes live, you may start to receive feedback about your new website from customers in the first few weeks which is why we like to have a catch up with you to see if anything needs adding or removing. If you requested the ability to independently edit the website, we offer a free training session on WordPress so you can make the most out of it.
Maintain
Finally, even when your website is up and running, we are still here to answer any questions or if you wish to add something new as your business or organisation grows! We are also happy to manage your website on your behalf so you can focus on what really matters, contact us for more information.
